For clarity, terms such as “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aetheris Glow, while “you” or “your” refer to you as our valued customer. By completing a purchase on our platform, you agree to follow the terms outlined in this policy.  

Eligibility for Returns  

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:  

  1. The item is unused, unwashed, and remains in its original condition  
  2. All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact  
  3. The product has not been worn, altered, or damaged  
  4. A return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery  

If these criteria are not met, we may not be able to process your return.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Contact Us  

Send an email to aetherisglow@gmail.com with your Order ID and a brief explanation of your reason for return.  


Step 2: Provide Supporting Images  

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly attach clear photographs to help us assess the issue promptly.  


Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once your request is reviewed, we will respond with the necessary return instructions. Please note, any returns not following our outlined process may be declined.  

Refunds and Processing Time  

After we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.  

Partial Refunds  

If the returned product does not fully meet our return standards — for example, if the packaging is missing or there are signs of minor wear — we may issue a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Including clear photos or a short video will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
