We currently deliver across India, reaching you whether you're in a major city or a small town. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are only available within the country.
Once your order is placed and confirmed, we get to work right away. Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are not counted as working days.
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with all the shipping details.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 8 working days, depending on your location.
When your package is out for delivery, we’ll send you a notification so you can be prepared. If any delay happens due to traffic, weather, or courier-related issues, we will keep you updated and informed along the way.
Sometimes, a delivery may not go through because of an incorrect address, no one available to receive the package, or a refusal at the door. In such situations, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
If you’d like us to try delivering the order again, just contact our support team. We’ll walk you through the steps to get your item re-shipped with minimal effort on your part.
We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged or tampered package. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly send us photos of the package so we can take quick action to resolve the issue.
If your order goes missing during transit, we will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate. Once the issue is verified, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
